I am a new customer, how do I place my order online?

If you haven’t completed an online transaction with us before or previously set up an account, it’s quick and easy to create. Begin by clicking on the Apply for an Account button at the top right of the page. Fill in your details on the account registration page where you’ll need to enter some relevant information to create your account. Once completed, our customer service team will be notified and will put you in touch with the relevant Account Manager based in your area who will contact you.

Returning customer

If you are an existing Imagedirect customer who has an account with us already, all you need to sign in by clicking on the Order Online button at the top right of the page. Enter your Account Number, User Name and Password and click on the sign in button. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation number sent direct to your email which we recommend that you keep in a safe place.

I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password we can send you a new one by simply clicking on the forgotten password button on the Order Online page and a new password will be sent direct to your email account. If you would prefer to contact our customer service team or if you have forgotten your username also, please contact us on 020 8573 1991 or by email on customer.services@imagedirect.net.

I can't find the information or answer to my specific question on your site?

If you have a query which is not covered on our site, please contact your Account Manager or our customer service on 020 8573 1991 who will point you in the right direction. Alternatively if you would prefer to fill in our enquiry form, please complete all required fields and a member of our helpful team will respond as quickly as possible.

I cannot find the product I am looking for in your catalogue or online?

Our experienced customer service team is skilled in locating and sourcing from an extensive range of suppliers across thousands of products. Contact us on 020 8573 1991 or via email on sales@imagedirect.net as at Image we’re able to help with those awkward ad-hoc or one-off requirements. You need not worry if you can’t find an item within our catalogue or our product range as we can probably still get it for you. Sourcing those one-off requirements is all part of our service.

Where can I find your catalogue?

You can request any of our Image catalogues to be delivered straight to your door. Fill out your details on our Order a Catalogue page and we will send you one in the post. Our catalogues has been designed to give you the most relevant information so that you can make the perfect choice, first time round. We have a range of service catalogues available for you to choose from, please select all the relevant catalogues that you would like to receive.
