invoicing, stock valuation, minimum usage reporting through to product
usage in range and groups.
The project management team discusses with the
Client their specific requirements and layout to ensure that they
receive the management information and details of key performance
indicators in the precise format and file transfer method required.

Image provides a full project management team to oversee the initial
project from its inception through to an on-going review structure.
At the first meeting, time scales and a structured
work plan are laid down, which covers administration, communication,
systems, distribution, management reporting and the on-going review
structure.
We prefer to spread the knowledge of an account
across a number of people and to set up an account correctly.
This ensures continuity of cover for the
Client against personnel who may be absent through sickness or holiday.
