Our proven six phase implementation plan ensures a seamless and robust transition, with all areas included from order processes and systems, to budgeting and cost centre management, through to user training and post-implementation support.

At the outset Image appoint an internal implementation team with specialist experience and skills to support each phase of the plan. During the discovery phase we identify the important characteristics of our prospective clients and the account structure to ensure the appropriate team to deliver an effective implementation.

At the first stage of the implementation plan a detailed project plan with structured workflows and timescales would be agreed. In some cases this timescale may be significantly reduced, with Image required to provide “unplanned” or immediate transfers, when existing service levels may be impacting the client or a supplier has exited without notice.
