Imagemaker
Imagemaker is the document management division of the Image group. Image provides a professional and comprehensive document management service to organisations that are looking to maximise their purchasing power using the very latest digital technology with conventional print production methods. Concentrating on the following principle areas:

Corporate Identity artwork database
We maintain all of our Clients' artwork on a digital database, using standard compatible software packages which allows us to proof in a traditional format as well as soft proofing of documents directly to our Clients' PC.

Document procurement
We decided to be completely independent of any manufacturing or production areas, due to the technology changes that have emerged between traditional printing methods and current digital production.

Using the digital artwork database, we can produce a document for our Client, either digitally, or using traditional production methods, providing impartial advice to meet the specific request of our Client.

On-line ordering
Image has a number of ordering systems including Internet solutions, in which orders can be placed, documents viewed on screen, proofing directly to the user's PC, and allowing our Clients to withdraw documents from stock. All of our systems are designed around our Clients' specific requirements.
All of Image's print management systems are unique to Image.

Security storage
We provide full security storage in a temperature-controlled environment. The alarm systems conform to industry standards and are linked to a local monitoring centre. Stringent fast and efficient picking of products are in place, which are continually monitored for Image to maintain its ISO 9002 status. All products produced by our manufacturers and stored at Image are fully insured.

Distribution
All of Image's vehicles are clearly marked and delivery personnel wear a company uniform. This ensures that both vehicle and delivery personnel maybe clearly identified for security purposes on a Client's site.
